Why have you developed this app?

Neighbourhood policing is about giving people easy access to their local police team, a say over local priorities, ability to get involved in keeping your area safe and be kept informed. The app lets people do that at their convenience.

It states that you can see where the Safer Neighbourhood officers are, doesn't that mean criminals will be able to use this information to their advantage?

This app only applies to the Safer Neighbourhood officers and does not give the location information of all Surrey Police officers. The app doesn't track officers' every move but it will sign post where the officer is at the time they update the information and this will not change until the next update is posted. It improves visibility on those issues communities have told us are important to them.

How can I give you feedback on what I think about the app?
