Police issue e-fit in connection with serial rapist

Police investigating a series of rapes in the South-East of England today released this e-fit. The image was released at a press conference held at Surrey Police headquarters, in Guildford, hosted by the Deputy Officer in Overall Command Detective Superintendent Mark Warwick from Thames Valley Police and Detective Chief Inspector Tim Stephens from Hertfordshire Police.

A linked investigation by five police forces, called Operation Orb, is hunting a man who has carried out ten attacks, five in Surrey, since November last year.
