Commander Roger Nield

Since I took on the role of borough commander for Runnymede we have seen a big reduction in anti-social behaviour and crime, and an increase in public confidence in the police and our partners.

We have built great relationships with Runnymede Borough Council and their Community Safety Team who, along with CCTV operators, help us to cut crime in Runnymede.

Twenty-four hour monitored CCTV and proactive police patrolling can achieve a lot but you, the public, make the difference. Get to know your local officers visit their panel meetings/surgeries and let’s keep the pressure high to drive out crime!
