Weybourne, Badshot Lea & Moor Park

I joined Surrey Police in 1994 as a civilian worker based at Mount Browne in Guildford. In 2001 I achieved a lifelong ambition to become a police officer. I was initially based on the Response team at Guildford. In October 2009 I moved over to the Waverley Safer Neighbourhood Team and became the specialist Police officer covering the areas of Sandy Hill, Upper Hale, Folly Hill and Dippenhall. In May 2012 I became the Neighbourhood Specialist Police officer for the areas of Weybourne, Badshot Lea and Moor Park. You will find me friendly and approachable and I am keen to make your community a safe place in which to live and work.

My name is Martin Porter and I am the Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) for the areas of Weybourne, Badshot Lea, Runfold and Moor Park.  I have patrolled these areas since I joined Surrey Police in 2006. I am based at Farnham Police Station. I regularly patrol using one of the Surrey Police mountain bikes so please look out for me. I feel very lucky to be your local Police Community Support Officer.
