You can update your details held by the firearms licensing department here.
Simply select which set of details you'd like to update and we'll guide you to the right form and everything you need to complete it.
I want to update my contact details and my GP details
You can use this online form to update your contact details, and your GP details, including all names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
Before you start, there are a few things we need to make you aware of:
- To begin, please provide the details we already have on file for you, even if you are updating your name or email address.
- We can only process your change of address after you've moved into your new home. This is because we need to send the replacement certificate to the new address.
- The address on your certificate needs to be your main permanent residence and not where any firearms are stored.
Once you've submitted the form, the firearms licensing team will pick up the changes, and contact you if they have any further questions.
We'll email you your form reference number for your records.
