Officers investigating a sexual assault on a woman in October have released more CCTV footage of a group of three men they would like to identify.

The assault took place at around 3.15am on Sunday, 29 October when a woman in her 20s was assaulted outside the parade of shops on Victoria Way. Detectives have been conducting an extensive investigation since the assault took place, and released CCTV footage of a man they would like to speak to in December.

Detective Inspector Andy Salter who leads the Sexual Offences Investigation Team investigating the incident said:

“We're now releasing further footage of three men which was taken earlier in the evening, as we believe that they could help us with our investigation. If you can identify any of the individuals shown in our footage, please come forward and speak to us.

“The victim of this traumatising attack has shown great bravery in coming forward and we are doing everything we can to support her through this difficult time and to trace the offender.

“I want to emphasise that we take all reports seriously, so even if you think the information isn’t significant it could be vital to our investigation.”

Anyone who can suggest who the three men are should call Surrey Police on 101 quoting reference 45170119832, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. You can also report information online at https://report.police.uk/
