Update: Witness appeal following a fatal collision involving a car and two pedestrians

Antony Edwards, 73, sadly died on 14 May following a collision with a white Kia as he was crossing Vale Road.
The inquest into his death was formally opened and adjourned at Woking Coroner’s Court yesterday.
Following the hearing his family released the following tributes to him:
Antony’s sister, brother in law and niece said: “Brother and Uncle you are dearly loved and sorely missed. We thank you for the time we shared, your kindness, knowledge, humour and generosity. Forever in our hearts and treasured memories.”
Antony’s partner said: “I miss you so much, you were my soul mate. There will never be another like you in my life.”
Antony’s stepdaughter said: “A stepdad with a kind heart and quirky sense of humour. Miss you.”
Antony’s granddaughter said: “Grandpa you were generous and humble with a cheeky soul.”
Antony’s granddaughter said: “There's a hole where your comforting and gentle presence once was. Your kindness and generosity won't be forgotten.”
Our thoughts remain with Antony’s family at this sad time.
Surrey Police is appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or the moments leading up to it to come forward.
