Witness appeal following series of indecent exposures

Officers investigating two indecent exposures in Elmbridge have made an arrest.
The first of these took place on 19 May at around 4:30pm. The victim was walking along Randolph Close in Cobham when she was followed by a man who then exposed himself to her. He was described as a black man, around 6 “ 2 and of medium build. He was wearing black top and bottoms and was wearing black headphones.
Surrey Police was made aware of another indecent exposure involving a man of a similar description. The incident took place on Monday 29 June at around 2pm in the woods at Esher Common. The victim was walking her dog in the woods when she spotted the suspect with his trousers down and exposing himself to her.
A 30 year-old man from Hounslow has now been arrested as part of our enquiries on suspicion of outraging public decency. He has been bailed until July 21 pending further enquiries.
