A man who was charged last night following the attack of a woman on Telegraph Lane, Claygate on 28 September has today been remanded until he appears in Kingston Crown Court on 30 October.
Max Robinson, 22 from Claygate, has been charged last night with the following offences:
Possession of an offensive weapon (hammer) in a public place
Possession of a bladed article in a public place
Assault by beating of an emergency worker (during the arrest)
The victim remains in hospital in a stable condition.
