Two Addlestone men have been arrested on suspicion of theft and possession with intent to supply Class B drugs after being found with £2,300 worth of stolen goods yesterday (19 November).
At around 3pm, one of the suspects was seen in the area around by Surrey Towers, Addlestone. Wanted on eight offences of theft, officers attended on foot and followed him into a property in Middlesex Court where he was arrested. During a search of the property, a bag containing Cannabis and other drug paraphernalia was found. A large quantity of other suspected stolen goods including coffee, meat and alcohol, were also discovered in the living room.
A second suspect was arrested in the same property for possession with intent to supply.
The two suspects have been arrested on suspicion of theft, handling stolen goods, ABH and possession of Class B drugs with intent to supply.
The second suspect arrested for possession with intent to supply has been released under investigation. The first suspect remains in Custody as enquiries are still ongoing.
