We are appealing for witnesses following a suspected hit and run collision in Ashtead yesterday morning (24 December).
Officers were on patrol when a member of the public alerted them to a woman lying unconscious and injured on Farm Lane. The woman was taken to hospital where she remains in a serious but stable condition.
Investigating Officer, PC Emma Davies said “The collision is believed to have occurred between 8:15am to 8:20am.
“If you were in the area and saw anything or possibly have any dashcam footage or CCTV, please get in touch with us.”
