Witness appeal following racially-aggravated verbal assault in Epsom

We are appealing for witnesses after a woman was verbally assaulted whilst taking her child to the park.
Officers were called and made aware of a racially-aggravated verbal assault which had taken place at Long Grove Park in Epsom at around 3pm on Tuesday, 16 March.
The victim was taking her young child to the park when she was approached by a man who made racially charged comments to her.
The suspect was described as a white man in his late 30s, around 180cm tall and of a large build. He had short, dark hair and was dressed in a dark jumper and jeans.
