A man has pleaded guilty to a string of offences following an incident at Royal Holloway University over the weekend.
Thomas Cramer, 29, of Ascot, was charged with harassment, racially aggravated public order and possession of Class B drugs (cannabis), as well as two driving offences, including driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and driving with no insurance.
He has been remanded to appear at Guildford Crown Court on 23 June.
