We are looking for the public’s help in identifying the men in this CCTV image as part of an ongoing robbery investigation.
Officers were made aware of a robbery which took place at around 4:30pm on Monday, 28 June in Ebbisham Square, in Epsom Town Centre. The young victim was walking out of JD Sports when he was approached by two older men who demanded they give them his bag and threatened to stab him.
The victim was robbed of his bag, containing cash and other personal belonging. The two suspects then ran off towards the McDonalds in the high street.
No knife was seen and the victim was uninjured but left very shaken.
We are releasing this CCTV image of two men we would like to speak to in connection with this investigation.
Investigating Officer PC Sophie Emmerson said “We understand that there were a number of witnesses present at the time of the robbery so we are appealing to anyone who saw anything or recognises the men in this image to get in contact.”
