We are appealing for witnesses after a serious assault in Reigate on Tuesday, 5 October at around 11:40pm.
Officers were called to Church Street in Reigate just after midnight after reports that a man had been assaulted.
The victim left The Bell pub with his partner and walked along Bell Street into Church Street, Reigate.
As they crossed Church Street, there were a group of males and females aged around 16 to 20 years old. The victim was pushed to the ground by one of the group, causing him to fall and hit his face on the ground. Following the assault, the suspects fled the scene.
The victim suffered a fractured cheek bone and nose, and tore a muscle in his shoulder.
