Witness appeal following serious assault in Epsom

We are appealing for witnesses following a serious assault in Epsom on Boxing Day.

 Surrey Police are currently investigating the report of a serious assault which occurred on Waterloo Road in Epsom on Sunday (26 December) at around 6:30pm.

 The 15-year-old victim was approached by a group of five boys before being seriously assaulted. The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries which required surgery.

Enquiries are ongoing and a 16-year-old boy from Epsom and two boys under the age of 16 have been arrested in connection with this investigation.

We are appealing to anyone who was in the area and may have witnessed anything or have any dashcam or CCTV footage to contact us to assist us with this investigation.
