We’re appealing for witnesses after a teenage boy was robbed at knifepoint in Walton-on-Thames yesterday evening (3 July).
The victim was walking through Halfway Green when a group of boys began following him at around 7.30pm.
As they got to the carpark near Hersham Road, one of the boys produced a knife and took the victim's Airpods before the group walked away.
We believe the group was made up of five young teenage boys, with four of the suspects described as:
Suspect 1: White, around 13-years-old and 5ft 7 in height. He was wearing a red tracksuit and a black balaclava.
Suspect 2: White, around 13-years-old with short dark hair. He was wearing a black jumper and had a black bicycle.
Suspect 3: Dual Heritage, around 14-years-old, 6ft 1 in height. He was wearing a black and grey Nike tracksuit with matching top and bottoms.
Suspect 4: White, around 14-years-old, 5ft 8 in height with dark brown hair. He was wearing a full black tracksuit.
A 14-year-old boy and two 13-year-old boys were arrested in the area a short time later in connection with the robbery. They remain in custody.
