We’re appealing for witnesses after a rare set of gold golf clubs worth £3,000 were stolen from the back seat of a car in Cranleigh on Friday, 1 July.
At some point between 3.03am and 3.15am, the Range Rover Velar, which was parked in the owner’s driveway in Woodland Avenue, had its rear near side windows smashed and the custom-made clubs were stolen.
Investigating officer, PC Emma Goldup, said: “These clubs are very rare as they are unique to their owner and customised to their height, this would make them very hard to sell. We would like to speak to anyone who may see them or be offered a set of gold clubs for sale.”
