We are renewing our appeal for witnesses one month on from an assault in Epsom in the early hours of Saturday, 27 August.
Officers were called following reports of an assault outside Lloyds Bank at the junction of High Street and Waterloo Road in the town centre at some point between 4am and 5am.
A group of around 12 to 15 people were gathered aged between 18 to mid 20’s. Following a lot of shouting, a man in his 20’s was seen to fall to the ground. He was taken to hospital with serious head injuries.
