We’re appealing for help to identify a man who we think may be able to help with our investigation following an allegation of rape in Guildford on Thursday, 6 October.
The incident is alleged to have occurred in the York Road car park sometime between 10.30 and 11pm.
We think the man seen in this CCTV image may have information which could help our investigation.
Detective Sergeant Ross Linaker, who is investigating the case, said: “We have already carried out numerous enquiries to establish exactly what has happened and are now able to release CCTV of a man who we think can assist with our investigation.
"We are appealing to anyone who was in or near the car park on the evening in question and may have seen something suspicious, to get in touch with us as soon as possible.
“If you recognise this man, or think you have any information which could be relevant to our investigation, please contact us straightaway.”
