We are appealing for witnesses following a hate crime incident in Camberley on Friday, 28 October.
Officers were made aware of a report a hate crime incident that took place at around 12.20pm when the victim was waiting to cross Southwell Park Road, next to the roundabout that joins Pembroke Broadway. A grey Vauxhall Insignia stopped next to the victim and a man in the back seat shouted racial abuse out of the car window. The vehicle then drove off and turned down Albert Road.
The suspect is described as a White man in his late teens or early 20s.
