Witness appeal following serious collision in Charlwood

A man has been left seriously injured following a collision in Charlwood last night (25 November).
Police were called after a red Volkswagen van collided with a tree around 11.20pm in Horley Road.
The driver of the van, who is in his 50s, was taken to hospital. His next of kin have been made aware.
The road was closed in both directions for several hours while emergency services dealt with the incident.
