Can you help us identify this man?

We are appealing for the public's help in identifying a man we want to speak to in connection to a number of vehicle offences that occurred in Hindhead on Tuesday, 6 December.

During the hours of 1am and 7am, a man was seen on CCTV to be approaching a number of parked cars, checking if they were open and then rifling around inside to steal items inside.
