We are continuing to appeal for witnesses following a serious collision which happened in Addlestone around 1pm on 7 August 2022.
Officers were called to Woodham Park Road, Addlestone, to reports of a collision between three vehicles, including a Renault Kangoo van, a BMW and a Mazda.
The elderly passenger of the BMW remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
A passenger from the van was also taken to hospital with serious injuries and has since been released after having surgery.
