UPDATE: Witness appeal following collision in Weybridge

We are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Weybridge this morning (2 June) involving a motorbike.

The incident took place at around 11am on Queens Road and the rider sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries.

Inspector Paul Meare of the Roads Policing Unit, said: "Due to police involvement just before the incident, we immediately notified the Independent Office for Police Conduct and commenced our post-incident procedure. Surrey Police are committed to ensuring our actions are transparent and fully accountable.”
