We’re appealing for help to find 39-year-old Joseph Barnes of no fixed abode, who is wanted on recall to prison.
Joseph is described as White, 5ft 8” tall and of medium build. He has hazel eyes, short brown hair and a tattoo on the right side of his neck reading ‘KRAY’ in joined lettering.
He is thought to have links to Guildford and West Byfleet.
