We are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Woking yesterday evening (17 September).
The two-vehicle collision, which took place at the junction of Claremont Avenue and Kingfield Road around 6.50pm, left one of the rear seat passengers of one of the cars with serious injuries. He remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
A second rear seat passenger was treated for injuries, believed to include broken bones.
The driver of the car, who escaped uninjured, was arrested for drink driving after failing an alcohol test at the roadside.
The driver of the other car sustained minor injuries.
We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision, or with any information, including dashcam and helmet cam footage, to contact us straightaway.
