We are appealing for help to identify the individuals in these CCTV images as they may be able to assist with our investigation into a distraction theft in Epsom on 26 September.
The incident happened in the Ashley Centre car park at around 1:30pm. The victim was distracted as they got back into their car, having withdrawn a large amount of cash from a bank in the High Street. The money was hidden in a tennis racket cover and was stolen from the footwell of the passenger seat.
