Three people charged with the murder of 10-year-old Sara Sharif pleaded not guilty when they appeared at The Central Criminal Court in London today (14 December).
Sara’s body was found at her home address in Woking on 10 August.
Sara’s father, Urfan Sharif, 41, his partner Beinash Batool, 29, and Urfan’s brother Faisal Malik, 28, also pleaded not guilty to causing or allowing the death of a child.
All three appeared by video link and have been remanded in custody until the trial, which has been scheduled for six weeks to start on 2 September 2024.
