We are appealing for witnesses after a serious collision in Milford on Saturday (6 April).
Police were called to the Guildford Road, outside the Esso petrol station, at around 4:15pm after reports of a collision between the rider of a blue and white motorcycle and the driver of a black Ford Transit van.
The rider of the motorcycle was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle whilst over the prescribed limit and causing serious injury whilst driving without due care and attention. He has since been released on bail.
