A man has been charged with murder following a fatal collision in Sunbury Cross in the early hours of Monday, 22 July.
Alex Rose, 29, DOB 03/04/1995, of Sunbury-upon-Thames, has been charged with two counts of murder and one count of perverting the course of justice and was today (27 July) remanded in custody.
He will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on 30 July.
Tara Knaggs, 24, DOB 10/06/2000, of Great Ayton in Yorkshire, was also charged with assisting an offender and has been remanded in custody.
She will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on 29 July.
A 24-year-old man from Walton-on-Thames and a 24-year-old man from Feltham were also arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and have been released on police bail.
The victims have been named as William Birchard, 21, from Colnbrook, and Darren George, 22, from Egham.
