Witness appeal after fatal collision in Woking

We are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in Woking earlier today (19 August).

Officers were called to Denton Way at around 5:10pm following reports of a two-vehicle collision.

South East Coast Ambulance Service attended and sadly despite the best efforts of the paramedics, a man in his 40s was pronounced dead at the scene.

Denton Road is currently closed between the junctions for Bishops Wood and Clifton Way, and is likely to remain so for the next few hours.

Were you in the Denton Road area of Woking around 5pm today? Do you have any CCTV, dash cam, or helmet cam footage that may have captured all or part of this incident?
