We are appealing for witnesses of a racially-aggravated public order offence that occurred on Epsom High Street on Friday 9 August. The incident occurred at 7.30pm in Derby Square and involved a man allegedly targeting passerbys and shouting racial abuse at them. A 53-year-old man from Epsom was arrested suspicion of racially aggravated public order and has been released on bail.
