We are appealing for your help urgently to find a man from Cobham.
Alan Charlesworth, 75, was last seen at St Peters Hospital, Chertsey, at around lunchtime today (7 June) after he was brought in by an ambulance suffering from chest pains.
Alan is described as White, with grey hair and of medium build. When he was last seen he was wearing a white polo shirt with stripes; a dark pair of trousers and a name badge. We believe his name is also printed on the inside of his shirt. We believe Alan might be in the vicinity of the hospital, but could also have travelled further afield.
We’re worried about Alan as he suffers from dementia and we want to make sure he’s safe and well.
