Your safer neighbourhood team
Neighbourhood policing within Surrey Police is delivered by Safer Neighbourhood Teams in each of the 11 districts and boroughs of the County. Each neighbourhood within the districts and boroughs is served by a dedicated team of officers and staff.
Neighbourhood Teams provide community engagement, targeted foot patrols and collaborative problem solving to tackle the issues that cause the greatest harm in our communities. Teams are made of sergeants, police officers and PCSOs, led by the Borough Commander, with further support provided by other team members - with specialisms in youth engagement, licensing and crime prevention.

We have received reports of anti-social behaviour involving some premises around the Heathervale area of New Haw.
Action taken:
Our local PCSO will be conducting visits to premises as well as engaging with the community in this area to further our intelligence gathering in relation to these issues.
