PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF GROSS MISCONDUCT HEARING
The Hearing will take place at Surrey Police Force Headquarters on February 19th & 20th 2026.
ALLEGATIONS:
On September 9th 2023 the officer sent inappropriate messages to a witness in which he suggested he was going to cause harm and criminal damage in relation to other people.
This was a breach of the standards of professional behaviour in relation to Discreditable Conduct.
The allegations have been assessed as Gross Misconduct which could lead to the officers dismissal if proved.
