Officer D appeared at a Gross Misconduct Hearing which concluded in July 2025, relating to allegations of inappropriate and unwanted touching of female colleagues whilst off duty during a social event.
The allegations included unwanted physical contact, thus breaching the Standards of Professional Behaviour in relation to Authority, Respect & Courtesy and Discreditable Conduct.
The panel found the behaviour was repeated and sustained and therefore found the allegations proven.
Officer D was dismissed without notice and placed on the College of Policing’s Barred List.
