Surrey Police and Sussex Police (hereafter referred to as Forces) are introducing Microsoft Office 365 which along with the usual apps (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) also has cloud-based features. This policy will provide information on the use of the “Forms” application to create sharable surveys, quizzes and polls. “Forms” can also be utilised for simple data entry exercises such as counts of activities (which for example may previously have been collated in spreadsheets). Use of “Forms” for such purposes is not within the scope of this policy.
