Witness appeal following fatal collision in Walton-on-Thames

We’re appealing for witnesses after a fatal collision between a car and a cyclist in Walton-on-Thames this morning (8 December).

The collision happened on Molesey Road, close to the junction with Lyon Road, at around 7am.

Sadly, despite best efforts of paramedics, the cyclist died at the scene. Her next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers.

Molesey Road remains closed in both directions from Maitland Close to Walton Park.
