Witness appeal following single vehicle collision in Peaslake

We are appealing for witnesses following a single vehicle collision in Peaslake.

Officers were called to Lawbrook Lane in Peaslake at 08:34 this morning (17 May) by South East Coast Ambulance Service after a cyclist was found unresponsive in the road.

Sadly the cyclist, a man in his 50s, died at the scene. His next of kin have been made aware and are being supported.

Enquiries are underway to establish the circumstances.

Were you in the area around Lawbrook Lane between around 08.15am and 08.35am this morning? Do you have any CCTV, dash cam or helmet cam footage that might have captured all or part of this incident?
