We are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in Warlingham on Friday, 2 August.
Officers were called to Harrow Road shortly after 7pm following reports of a two vehicle collision.
South East Coast Ambulance Service attended and sadly despite best efforts of the paramedics, a man in his 20s was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Two men in their 20s were taken to hospital, where one remains in a serious condition.
Harrow Road was closed for several hours between the junction with Ledgers Road and the roundabout with Farleigh Road but has now reopened.
