Ross Martin (34), who is based at Guildford, was charged on 29 October and is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday 26 November 2024.
The matter was reported to Surrey Police in February 2024.
Ross Martin remains suspended from policing duties.
