We are continuing to investigate following a serious collision in Elstead last night (29 December).
Police were called to a collision involving a car and a tree on the B3001 Farnham Road near The Elstead Mill, around 11.30pm.
One of the passengers in the car was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The other passenger and the driver suffered minor injuries.
The driver, a 19-year-old man from Elstead, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and causing injury by driving without due care and attention. He is currently in custody.
