We are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in South Nutfield yesterday evening (29 December).
Police were called to a collision involving a car and a tree in Coopers Hill Road around 9.45pm.
The driver, a man in his 30s, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin are aware and are being supported by officers.
The road was closed in both directions and is likely to remain so for some considerable time.
