Two men have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent following an investigation into an assault in Hersham on Monday, 25 March.
This relates to an offence in which a man in his 50s was found with stab injuries on Old Esher Road. He was taken to hospital with serious injuries, and is currently receiving treatment.
A 24-year-old man and 48-year-old man, both from Hersham, have been arrested and released on conditional bail pending further enquiries.
