A 30-year-old man has been charged in connection to reports of malicious communications sent online between January and May.
Nick Daly, 30 (DOB: 10/03/1996) of Oxted, was arrested on Thursday, 7 May, and subsequently charged with nine counts of sending a letter/communication/article conveying an indecent/offensive message and one count of sending communication threatening death or serious harm.
Following a search at an address, he was further charged with two counts of possession of an offensive weapon in a private place and possession of cannabis.
Daly has been remanded to appear at Guildford Magistrates' Court on Saturday, 9 May.
