Witness appeal following serious collision in Old Woking

We are appealing for witnesses after a serious collision in Old Woking last week.

Officers were called to Old Woking Road at around 7pm on Friday, 3 July, following reports of a collision involving a black Skoda Octavia car and a blue Kawasaki ZX motorcycle.

The motorcycle rider, a man in his 40s, remains in hospital receiving ongoing treatment for serious injuries.

Our investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.

Were you in the area around Old Woking Road between 6.50pm and 7pm on Friday, 3 July?

We are asking anyone who may have witnessed this collision, or who may have CCTV, dashcam, or helmet cam footage that may have captured all or part of this incident, to get in touch.

We are particularly interested in the manner of driving and riding of the two vehicles in the moments leading up to the collision.
