In September 2023, we launched Our Plan, a bold roadmap outlining how we will unite as one team to fight crime and protect people; earn the trust and confidence of all our communities; and be here for everyone who needs us, putting service before self.
Positively, many of the areas HMICFRS highlighted for improvement align perfectly with the goals set out in Our Plan. By staying focused on our mission, we will not only continue to progress, but we’ll directly contribute to addressing the very issues noted in the previous inspection.
You can read more about it here.

The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) has published the full Police and Crime Plan which details the six public police and crime priorities for Surrey. This Plan sets the strategic direction for the Force and partners in criminal justice and community safety.
The full Police and Crime Plan is available on the PCC website, which also includes the public consultation that fed into this year's plan.
