Retail Crime - Shoplifting is a National priority and has an impact on businesses in the town.
Action taken:
Targeting shoplifting within the area by pursuing repeat offenders. We have also increased patrol activity in our hotspot areas, increasing visibility and ensuring that shop staff feel supported to report crime.

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) - Continuing reports of antisocial behaviour and antisocial driving.
Action taken:
We have increased patrol activity in key areas and in response to reports of ASB. Regular engagement events provide the public with more opportunities to speak with our PCSOs and discuss local issues.
